Description: Be cautious: there's an ongoing scam pretending to be from App Radar. Here's how it goes: • They might reach out to you on social media or WhatsApp, pretending to be a legitimate part of a big company. • They promise good money for just a few hours of work at home. • Their English is off, and the website or app they direct you to isn’t the official company site. But they use the company logo. Here is a link to an active fake site: https://lnkd.in/dfP2Xewg • The "Company Profile" on their app has no real info, and they showcase a fake-looking certificate. • When they explain the job to you, it might sound confusing. They'll try to say it's simpler than it sounds. But there's always a twist. • They'll tell you to work for 5 days and earn credits. You're told you can convert these credits to cash after completing tasks on day five. • At some point, they'll ask you to put money into a cryptocurrency account to get your work tasks. This is a big warning sign – don't proceed. • Once you've given them money, they'll tell you to keep a balance and buy tasks. As you complete tasks, they say you'll earn back more than what you spent. To stay in their system, you must finish a set of tasks. • The catch? Sometimes a task costs more than what you have, and they'll ask for more money. They'll claim these expensive tasks can make you more money. • Someone might chat with you on WhatsApp, pressuring you to pay the extra money. They'll say you got lucky because this expensive task will boost your earnings significantly. • The "task" itself is simply clicking in buttons popping up, while you might see well-known app names and fake money records. • But here’s the final twist: when you're about to finish and expect payment, they'll throw in a very pricey task (costing more than 10 times your expected earnings). You're then faced with a tough choice: pay the large amount or lose everything. If you stop, they keep your money and you lose access. Stay safe and avoid this scam!
